Thanks for registering at Elite Medical Training. We know that emergencies happen; therefore, our cancellation and refund policies are in place to guide you.
Students may reschedule registered courses for whatever reason, provided they give us 24 –hours prior notice before the scheduled/registered class.
We offer Refunds for registered classes for cancellations made by us or the student. Students must notify us within 24 – hours prior to the class that they will not be attending.
If we cancel a class, all registered students will be notified via phone, text, or email prior to the class and offered a rescheduled date. A full refund will be given at the request of the student if they can not attend the future dates.
Please notify us via email, phone, or text if you’re unable to attend a scheduled class.
We encourage students to be early. Students who are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled class will be turned away and asked to reschedule.
Rescheduled classes are subject to the availability of seats and must be completed within 60 days of the original class date.
